What payment methods do we accept?

All available payment methods are displayed at checkout. At the present time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, GooglePay, and ShopPay. Sorry, no bags of gold dust are accepted!


When will payment be taken for my order?

Conceited Cowboy charges your credit card at the time when your order is placed. Then our hardworking posse puts your order into production.

Each item is custom-made just for you. As a result, we are not able to take returns or exchanges. ****Please pay special attention to the measurements on our site. We endeavour to provide accurate measurements for each article of clothing (TRUE??) to ensure your satisfaction with your order and give you plenty to be Conceited about!


Help! I’ve received the wrong item.

Every cowboy’s horse has a stumble sometimes – if we messed up your order, we apologize and are ready to make it right. Please email us at Hello@ConceitedCowboy.com and let our Sheriff help to sort it out.


Help! The item I received is damaged.

Please contact us at Hello@ConceitedCowboy.com if you’ve received a damaged item so we can continue being Conceited about our high-quality leisurewear. ****(What is our procedure if the error is done by the mail, ie, parcel ripped open in transit – is this something the mail takes responsibility for?)

No worries pardner—mistakes happen! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship to your correct address. Send us an email at Hello@conceitedcowboy.com for customer support.


Can I Change My Order?

Our Cowboys put your order into production as quickly as possible. Since each item is custom created just for you, it is difficult for us to make changes once production begins. Please review your order carefully to ensure you’ve chosen the sizes and colours you want. If you’d like to order additional items, you will need to make a second separate order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Conceited Cowboy ships anywhere that accepts mail from North America. If there are shipping restrictions to your area, they will be displayed at checkout.


What are the shipping rates?

For addresses in Canada, we offer $5 flat-rate shipping. For international orders, we automatically give $5 off the international shipping rate as our gift to you. Your shipping rate will be displayed at checkout and will depend on your delivery location.


What shipment methods do you offer?

**** We don’t use Canada Post? Also note, I wasn’t able to make this choice, I got just the flat rate (is this because I live in Canada)? What delivery service do I get for the flat rate? You can choose between USPS or UPS at checkout. Sorry, no Pony Express!


What about customs and duties?

You are responsible for all taxes and any additional customs and duties charges levied by your country.


How long will it take to get my stuff?

On average it takes our hardworking posse approximately 5-7 business days to prepare and ship your order. This depends on the time of year. Please order well in advance for time-sensitive dates such as birthdays, Christmas, cattle drives, etc.


Help ! I got a Delivery Notification, But No Delivery

Sometimes delivery systems jump the gun! They might notify you early, before the actual delivery occurs. If you receive a notice but no delivery, please wait 24-48 hours for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. If your parcel has still not arrived in that time, please contact us at Hello@conceitedcowboy.com


Delays

Pony Express delayed? Events in your local area may cause delays with your order. For example: mail strikes, weather events, or maybe even Rustlers! As these events are out of our control, check with your local postal service. ****Please e-mail us at Hello@ConceitedCowboy.com if your order is more than XX late.
